Hosted by the head pasta maker at Donnini’s Restaurant, Gianna Donnini, this hands-on class will teach you how to make tagliatelle, spinach & ricotta tortelloni and pumpkin ravioli.
From making the dough, to kneading, filling, and shaping the pasta, you will learn all the skills you need to make your own egg pasta using a domestic pasta machine.
This class is for beginners with no pasta skills required, and we will supply you with all the equipment needed.
In true That’s Amore style you will also enjoy plenty of cheese, a plate of your freshly made ravioli and a glass of wine!
