Hosted by the head pasta maker at Donnini’s Restaurant, Gianna Donnini, this hands-on class will teach you how to make tagliatelle, spinach & ricotta tortelloni and pumpkin ravioli.
From making the dough, to kneading, filling, and shaping the pasta, you will learn all the skills you need to make your own egg pasta using a domestic pasta machine.
This class is for beginners with no pasta skills required, and you will be supplied with all the equipment needed.
In true That’s Amore style you will also enjoy plenty of cheese and a glass of wine!
