Hosted by MasterChef Australia 2017 contestant and book author, Pia Gava, this hands-on beginner class will teach you how to master perfectly fluffy homemade gnocchi from potatoes and from ricotta.
Together with Pia you will be making:
- Potato gnocchi with four cheese sauce
- Ricotta gnocchi with cavolo nero pesto
