At Salt & Wellness Haven, we offer salt therapy to help improve respiratory conditions, skin conditions, and overall well-being. During your 45-minute session, you will be seated on a comfortable massage chair in a relaxing room with ambient lighting and calming music.

Our high-quality machines will disperse salt into the air, which you will breathe in to experience the healing benefits. We encourage you to wear comfortable clothes and bring along a book or blanket if you wish to make the most of your experience.
