Karool Cottages

Karool Cottages is your country getaway in Mernda Victoria. This historic 1853 cottage was built of locally quarried bluestone, ‘Karool’ being the local aboriginal word for bluestone. It originally served as a shepherd’s hut, grain store, and carriage room. The cottages and facilities were renovated in 2016 to include all of the creature comforts and amenities to provide you with a private five-star experience right in the heart of farm country.
