New research has revealed that 1 in 4 primary students are experiencing symptoms of depression. And almost 1 in 3 are experiencing symptoms of anxiety.

Martin Heppell is a high-energy, passionate speaker and educator known for his impactful work in resilience and mental wellbeing. With a background in elite sports and education, he mixes real-life experiences with evidence-based insights to captivate audiences of all ages.
